Dalton Alma Scarlet Red

The Blend 50% Shiraz from Elkosh and Safsufa Vineyards 40% Grenache from Even Menachem Vineyard 10% Carignan from Kfar Tabor Vineyard

Each plot was harvested and fermented and initially aged separately. After a year the wine was blended and further aged in concrete tanks and a large wooden cask (Foudre).

Tasting Notes Alma Scarlet is a wine showing rich earthy characteristics of leather and liquorice with underlying floral notes and wild raspberries. The wine has good body with a rich silky finish.
