Lemon peel coloured. Aromas of white fruit and Mediterranean herbs, rosemary, thyme, together with ginger, spicy notes, and a background of fine minerality. Rich and smooth on the palate, excellent expressiveness, with many fruit nuances and light herbaceous tones. It shows an elegant structure and lingering finish.
