Canyon Oaks Chardonnay (2020, California) The Canyon Oaks Chardonnay has a golden straw color with complex aromas of melon and stone fruit. This exceptional wine displays tropical fruit flavours balanced by subtle nuances of oak and vanilla.
Chevalier Muscadet Clos de la Butte (2021, Argentina) - Honeydew melon, saline, green apple, lime, and peach on the nose. Lemon zest, cream, grapefruit, lime, and minerals on the palate. Medium finish.
Marchese di Borgosole Rosato (2021, Italy) - Elegant, rose color. Fresh, varietals aromas that become more complex with time. Very interesting structure due to the balance between soft tannins, acidity, and residual sugar. A perfect Italian rose!
Belvino Red Blend (2020, Italy) - Concentrated, elegant, and intense. This wine is medium-light bodied, carrying hints of berry, cherry, raspberry, and red fruit. This wine pairs will with sausage, grilled meats, and mushrooms.
Vistamar Brisa Cabernet Sauvignon (2020, Chile) - Smooth and rounded with great fruit expression in the mouth of blackberries, plums, and black cherries beautifully blended with touches of vanilla. Pairs nicely with red meats and pastas.
Bird Song Hill Riesling (2020, Washington) - This lovely, off-dry Riesling has a refreshingly bright acidity that deposits flavors of tangerine, peach, lemon zest, and honeysuckle. The satisfying finish gently cleanses the palate.
