Cantaora, Brut Cava, Cava D.O. (Spain, NV) 11.5% ABV – Pale yellow in color with fine bubbles. The nose is fresh and fruity, with aromas of citrus and green fruit. Fruity and bright on the palate with notes of fresh baked bread and a lightly yeasty finish.

Keepa, Sauvignon Blanc, Valle Central D.O. (Chile, 2024) 12.5% ABV – Aromas of zesty limes, grapefruit pith, and gooseberry with hints of jalapeno leaves. The palate is crisp with racy acidity and flavors of lemon zest, granny smith apples, passion fruit and kiwi.

Saladini Pilastri, Falerio, Falerio D.O.C. (Italy, 2024) 13% ABV – Soft aromas of pear, white peach, citrus blossom, and a touch of almonds lead to a light, clean palate with crisp apple, citrus peel, and subtle herbs on the mineral finish.

Tiny Umbrellas, Pinot Grigio, California (California, NV) 10.5% ABV – Pale and bright with notes of citrus, white peach, pear, and a light floral lift followed by an easy-drinking palate of crisp lemon, honeydew melon, and apple, with a soft, clean finish.

Spier, Chenin Blanc, Western Cape (South Africa, 2024) 13% ABV – Fragrant aromas of ripe pears, yellow apples, white lilies, and a hint of honeycomb. Lively and textured on the palate with stone fruit and citrus, finishing bright, gently off-dry, and with light minerality.

Cardiff, Chardonnay, California (California, 2024) 13% ABV – Straw-colored with aromas of ripe apples, pear, vanilla, and buttered toast. Round and smooth notes of baked apple, melon, and light oak spice, with a creamy, mellow finish.

Mimic, Red Blend, Italy. (Italy, NV) 13% ABV – Deep ruby with notes of black berry, cherry, vanilla, and a hint of cocoa, with a soft and juicy palate of dark berries, mild baking spices, and smooth, plush tannins.

Cloud Break, Pinot Noir, California (California, 2023) 13.5% ABV – Aromas and flavors of ripe cherry, strawberry, vanilla, soft oak tones and baking spice lead to a smooth, gently spiced finish with light tannins.

Spellbound, Merlot, California (California, 2022) 13% ABV – Deep, brooding aromas of black cherry, plum, vanilla, and mocha burst into a palate loaded with plush ripe dark fruits and soft oak with a velvety, warm finish.

Martin’s Pickup, Shiraz, South Australia (Australia, 2023) 13.5% ABV – Plush and generously fruited, this Shiraz has vivid notes and aromas of blackberries, plums, and sweet spices supported by smooth tannins and a touch of mocha and oak.

Santiago Station, Cabernet Sauvignon, Valle Central D.O. (Chile, NV) 13% ABV – An approachable Cabernet, this has aromas of black cherry, plum, and cassis, supported by a palate of dark red fruits and peppery spice, with gentle oak and soft tannins.

Summit Estates, Riesling, Columbia Valley (Washington, 2024) 12.5% ABV – Pale straw in color, with aromas of peach, apricot, citrus blossom, and fresh honey. Light and vibrant on the palate, with juicy stone fruit and crisp citrus, finishing fresh and lightly sweet.
