Corsair Centennial Hopped Whiskey Owned and operated by Andrew Webber and Darek Bell, Corsair Artisan Distillery is located in Bowling Green, Kentucky as well as Nashville, Tennessee. Corsair "Centennial" Malt Whiskey is focused on a single hop variety: Centennial. Pot distilled from malted barley, flavored with hops and then barreled in new charred oak, "Centennial" offers intense pine and citrus aroma on the nose. The palate carries over pine and citrus aroma with additional layers of caramelized orange, toffee, sweet malt and balanced hop to a long, pleasant finish.
