The wine takes its name from the nearby monastery, San Gerasimo. Made from 100% Robola and fermented with indigenous yeasts, this wine has a round body and smooth texture with fleshy white fruit flavors. This makes an ideal pairing with seared scallops and mussels in white wine sauce.
