Butter poached ripe pear, vanilla, bright lemon citrus compose this very well balanced Chardonnay. Pulled from coastal vineyards the bright acidity is more reminiscent of Chablis, while maintaining the fullness of the California style. An ideal complement to any rich seafood dish, or a succelent baked chicken with olives.
