Elvi Clos Mesorah The wine is a blend of 40% Carignan made from 90 year old vines, 30% Grenache, and 30% Syrah. A transmission of heritage where small secrets flow from generation to generation. The wine exhibits controlled fruit, floral notes, along with blackberry, cherry, and plum. Well-balanced acidity and silky tannins; this full wine is rich and concentrated with an long, chewy finish. Pair with sweet potatoes and steak frites or duck.
