Dalton Nadav Vineyard Cabernet

Tucked behind Dalton Mountain is Kerem Nadav, surrounded by the wild reserve of Birkat Kash. Two varieties – Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot – grow together in this single vineyard rooted on heavy Basalt soil and continue to ferment together creating a unique expression of place. Each wine in our Single Vineyard series encapsulates the nature of a site-specific micro cosmos: a soil, its landscape and the climate that shapes them.
