THE BLEND 60% Viognier 20% Roussanne 15% White Grenache 5% French Colombard Winemaking The grapes for this wine were picked and fermented separately. Some in barrels and some in steel. Once fermentation was completed the wines were blended and allowed to age in French oak barrels for a further four months.
