Husic Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon 2012 The glorious 2012 growing season has bestowed upon us one of the best expressions of Cabernet Sauvignon we have tasted to date. The southwest faces of our Husic Estate perched above the Stags Leap district took full advantage of the warm and long season with plentiful sunny afternoons and cool mornings. The resulting wine is dark ruby in color with a black core. Aromas of Venezuelan chocolate, black cherry, marion berry liqueur, cinnamon and clove, hot stones and toasty French oak entice the nose, while the palate delivers the goods. Layers of interlacing flavors echo the bouquet, and are given focus by the finest of tannins, bearing the hallmark structure of our estate vineyard. The finish soars with elegance and power.
