Jailbreak Mexican Lager

In terms of lager production, Jailbreak has been obsessed with the exploration of both classic styles and classic production methods, largely focusing on continental European styles. For the next entry in the Logger series, they turned to Mexico for inspiration. Their Mexican lager takes cues from modern Mexican pale lager, but they haven’t added things like lime. Expect a drying, clean, and biscuity malt presence with just enough hop character to provide a proper balance of flavor.
