Lafage Miraflors Rose.
Light in color, yet not in flavor, the 2016 Côtes du Roussillon Miraflors Rose (60% Grenache, 30% Mourvèdre and 10% Carignan) offers terrific notes of white cherries, strawberries and rose petals in a medium-bodied, layered, impeccably balanced style that's just hard to resist. It doesn’t have the chiseled feel of the Grande Cuvee, but it offers just as much pleasure.
