Boheme Chardonnay Taylor Ridge Vineyard. The 2010 crop of petite, golden Wente clone clusters was harvested under a full moon on the dawn of October 20th. The 1.32 ton-per-acre yield was the most bountiful to date. After pressing and settling, the juice fermented in a blend of neutral French oak and Stainless Steel barrels. This vibrant Chardonnay expresses lavender-fruit aroma with stone fresh fruit flavors, nutty aroma and creamy texture that lingers on the palate.
