Bevan Red EE Tench Vineyard Composed of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Cabernet Franc and 5% Merlot, the 2015 Proprietary Red EE Tench Vineyard gives a deep garnet-purple color and is scented of crushed red currants, ripe cherries, red plums and mulberries with wafts of dried meat, sage, pencil shavings and dusty soil. The full-bodied mouth is full-on gorgeous, with blockbuster ripe, fine-grained tannins and tons of red and black fruit layers complemented with earth and savory notions, culminating in an epically long, layered finish.
