Beit El Petit Verdot 2016
Aromas of black fruit ranging from plum, blackberry and blueberry to slightly lighter black cherry. On the palate, the wine is light and soft with notes of blueberries and vanilla. This wine was produced in small bins allowing for personal attention to each fermentation process. The gentle skin contact in the fermentation and gentle use of a basket press to keep the seeds whole, results in a wine with abundant color, structure and smooth tannins.
