Dela winery reflects the natural treasures of the Merom Hagalil grapes. Vineyards planted in high-quality soil, enjoy optimal climates, yielding fine clusters, which are picked by hand at sunrise. In the winery, they are separated by vibration and mechanized optical sorting in order to select the finest grapes. Following a long fermentation, the wine is aged in new French oak barrels.
