Covenant Napa Cabernet Sauvignon Made by proprietor Jeff Morgan and the well-known Leslie Rudd of Rudd Winery, exhibits a dense ruby/purple color as well as abundant cassis, blueberry, blackberry, spring flower, cedar, earth and spice characteristics, medium to full body, and no hard edges, angularity or austerity. This complex Cabernet coats the mouth, but there is no heaviness. One of the finest Kosher wines I have tasted, it should drink well for 7-8 years.
